All R Baker Apparel items are made to order and may require up to 3-7 business days for processing prior to shipping. Once item ships customers will be provided with a tracking # via email. Due to Covid-19 all shipping carriers have been experiencing delays and we only have access to the same shipping info as customers once the items ship. Please be sure to double check address info (including apartment numbers) before you complete purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information resulting in lost packages.

Because all items are made to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please refer to size guide for accurate sizing prior to purchase! If you have any particular issues with your order please feel free to send a message through our system within 3 calendar days of receipt for review and management will respond within 24 hours.
